A: Please login to your iviBuy account and send an email to service mailbox service@iviBuy.com, provide your method of payment, transaction date of payment, the amount of payment or order number and registered member name of iviBuy to iviBuy customer service team. Within 2 working days after receiving your information and verified by our accountant, the money will be added to your iviBuy account manually.
