Transaction Verification Time

When an order is paid using a special payment method (PayPal, credit cards, etc.), the order will go through a verification period before being processed. 

 

If your order status is updated to “Verifying” but the status is not changed 24 hours later, it means that we might need additional information from you. Please pay attention to your email or inbox message and provide the corresponding documents. If you do not reply to us within 72 hours, your order might be canceled and your money will be refunded to your original payment method. 

 

If you do not receive any email or inbox message within 24 hours after your order status is updated to “Verifying”, please contact us.
